Engine 34 is a 2009 Seagrave Pumper. It is equipped with a 6 KW hydraulic generator and a 1500 GPM pump with a 500 gallon tank. It carries 20 gallons of Class A foam in the on board tank, and an additional 25 gallons of Class A foam and 15 gallons of Class B foam. The engine carries 2100’ of 5” supply hose, 800’ of 3” hose, preconnected cross-lays consisting of 2- 200’ 1 3/4" cross-lays, a 100’ trash line, and a 300’ rear 1 3/4" preconnected line, also equipped is a 200’, 2 ½” crosslay. The engine can seat 6 firefighters. In the officers seat there is a MSA Evolution 5000 Thermal Imaging Camera, an MSA Orion gas meter, and a Panasonic Toughbook laptop which operates On-Scene Explorer equipped with maps and preplans. Also equipped on this piece is a RAT (Rapid Air Transport) pack. The engine also is equipped with a medical bag and AED. Engine 34 also carries and assortment of other tools such as a set of irons, 4 hooks, a pick head axe, an Echo chainsaw, a Little Giant ladder, a 28 foot extension ladder, a 14 foot straight ladder, ABC extinguisher and a Portable Water extinguisher.
